🌸 Flower Substitution Policy

Blossomm reserves the right to substitute flowers of equal value if market conditions, weather, or availability affect the requested items.
We will always endeavor to provide the exact flowers requested whenever possible.

💍 Wedding & Event Policy
• All weddings and events require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the remaining balance.
• The remaining balance is due four (4) weeks prior to the event.
• Changes to the order must be communicated at least four (4) weeks prior to delivery.
• After the event, all borrowed and rented items will be inventoried. Clients are responsible for any damaged or lost items, which will incur a retail replacement fee.
• All vases, décor, and other items remain property of Blossomm unless agreed otherwise in writing. Items must not be removed from the premises without permission.
• All creative decisions—including colour palettes, floral varieties, and styling—are finalized between Blossomm and the client until the event day.
• Deposits are non-refundable.

✏️ Amendments
• Once a quote is accepted, any changes to flowers, colours, or varieties must be requested at least four (4) weeks prior to the event.
• Additional items such as bouquets, buttonholes, or table flowers must also be booked at least four (4) weeks prior.

⏳ Cancellation & Postponement
• All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferred to another client or redeemed within twelve (12) months of cancellation.
• Postponed events are subject to availability for the new date.

💎 Refund Policy

Blossomm will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Complaints must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.

📦 Hire Policy
• All borrowed and rented equipment will be inventoried after the event. Clients are responsible for any damage or loss, which will incur a retail replacement fee.
• All hire items remain the property of Blossomm unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Items must not be removed from the premises without permission.
• Hire periods are defined as per the booking confirmation.
