Terms of Service

1. About These Terms

These terms apply when you place an order or book our services. By confirming a booking or making a payment, you agree to these terms. Please read them before proceeding.


2. Our Services

We provide bespoke floral design services including:

  • Custom everyday bouquets
  • Wedding floral packages
  • Event and occasion arrangements

All work is handcrafted and made to order. As a result, no two arrangements are identical, and natural variation in colour, bloom size, and shape is to be expected.


3. Bookings & Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit and a written confirmation (email is acceptable).
  • We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
  • For weddings and events, we recommend booking as early as possible as dates fill quickly, particularly during peak season (September–April).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
  • A deposit of 30–50% is required to secure your booking. The exact amount will be stated in your quote.
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event or delivery date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For everyday bouquet orders, full payment is required at the time of ordering.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as advised at the time of booking.
  • Prices in your quote are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

5. Substitutions

Flowers are a seasonal, natural product and availability can change without notice. Where a specific flower or foliage is unavailable, we will substitute with something of equal or greater value that matches your agreed colour palette and style. For weddings and events, we will notify you of any significant substitutions in advance. Please refer to our full Substitution Policy for details.


6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event or delivery date: any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days: no refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours or on the day: the full order amount is payable.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery is available within the Auckland region. Delivery fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • We will agree on a delivery time with you in advance. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. traffic, adverse weather).
  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery. If no one is present and flowers are left unattended, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery. 
  • Risk in the flowers passes to you upon delivery.

8. Care of Flowers

Fresh flowers are perishable. Once delivered, it is your responsibility to care for them appropriately. We will provide basic care instructions with your order. We are not responsible for flowers that deteriorate due to improper care after delivery.


9. Complaints & Issues

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the matter fairly. We may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for more detail.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from a third party's actions (e.g. a venue, coordinator, or courier).


11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options, which may include rescheduling or a partial refund.


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in place at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your order.
